Coleman Kaimai Tent complete with sun room and in excellent / as new condition.

This tent would suit a "new" tent buyer.

Has only been put up 4 times in the last 5 years with no more than 10 days up. Has not been used in the last 2 years so time to find another home.

The photos show a large black waterproof ground sheet that was always used between the tent floor and the ground to protect the flooring in the tent.

Has always been stored in a sleep out.

Rolled out the tent today to photograph but too windy to assemble.
