The Pump Mounts Onto the Frame Underneath the Water Bottle Mounting Cage and includes Pump Security Tie Downs to make sure the Pump does not accidently fly off when a large bump creates a large jolt to the Frame of the Cycle.

This Pump fits a Standard Schrader Valve Set Up. [Car Style Valve Set Up]

But though I Have never tried it on a Presta Valve, it has a "Reversable Valve Neck Rubber" much like other Frame Mounted Cycle Pumps, so it could work with a Presta Valve System as well.
