Approx 15 years old from UK. I think I got this originally from Halfords in Cardiff UK. Note on it says max 3 bikes. Some reflectors on it too. I think the tape around bars was to avoid damage to my bikes when in transit. Not used for min 5 years, use / adapt at your own risk. I no longer need it hence it's sale. Possibly some missing straps... You should be able to improvise somehow with rope or bungy cords. Weekend pickups only (Khandallah, Wellington). No courier options.
