Description
Giant Terrago Mountain bike with front suspension Large frame size (I'm 1.90m myself) Replaced the front tire a few years ago Shimano 24 speed gears, working mostly ok but sometimes not shifting quickly. Possibly needs a little adjustment Currently I have SPD pedals on it, but these can be replaced with normal pedals if needed. Has hydraulic rim brakes, so no problem with brake cables.
Bike is probably about 20 years old, but was made at a time when they still made high quality bikes which last. Never had any major issues with the bike and still has some life left in it. I've taken it around the port hills (not down the adventure park), the Queen Charlotte track and the Heaphy track.
Pick up in Hillsborough until the 22nd of April Monday. Please don't bid, if you cannot collect it until then. Reason for sale: We are moving overseas in 2 weeks. Please check out my other listings as well!

Kia ora, Do you have normal pedals for the bike, or where you just meaning it's technically possible to replace the current SPD pedals? Thanks l***n (246 • 02:32 pm, Mon, 15 Apr )Yes, I have the normal pedals and can change them over. woutervb (110 • Monday, 15 April 2024 )What length is the steerer tube please. Cheers n****1 (438 • 09:48 pm, Mon, 15 Apr )Not sure how to measure it, but i think 21cm. I added a photo with the tape measure. Also, the handle bars are 64cm wide. The upstand at the end is 15cm high. woutervb (110 • Monday, 15 April 2024 )Seller added 1 photo Seller comment Tuesday, 16 April 2024 Thanks, just after the measurement of the frame where the fork goes through, from bottom of headset to top of headset. n****1 (438 • 03:16 pm, Tue, 16 Apr )Looking at the photo it's 13-14cm woutervb (110 • Tuesday, 16 April 2024 )Thanks! n****1 (438 • 04:15 pm, Tue, 16 Apr )Ok woutervb (110 • Tuesday, 16 April 2024 )Hi there interested in this with baby seat. Would it attached to this bike rather than the other? Also does your vac come with the main pole looking for replacement. Thanks s****a (76 • 01:35 pm, Wed, 17 Apr )Yes, I think that would work. I've put a bike rack on the mountainbike before (for the Heaphy track), so I don't see why the baby seat with it's bike rack wouldn't work. But you might have to find an attachment bracket or some bolts to fit it together, as I haven't tried this combo. I'll have a better look tonight when I'm back home. And yes, vacuum cleaner does come with main pole, see second photo. woutervb (110 • Wednesday, 17 April 2024 )Ok great. If it does will take the lot for buy now price. Thanks ☺️ s****a (76 • 01:44 pm, Wed, 17 Apr )I think that it could work. I added 4 more photos to the child seat auction so that you can see it for yourself. But I can't guarantee it until you actually put them together. Buy now option is no longer available though, as people have started bidding on the auction. woutervb (110 • Wednesday, 17 April 2024 )
