To measure your feet. Simply follow the steps listed below.

1. Place the paper on the floor and have the edge up against a wall.
2. Stand up and put your weight on the foot when measuring. Place your bare foot on the paper with the heel against the wall.
3. Hold a pen vertical against your longest toe, mark the paper. Do this for both feet as it is quite common for one foot to be longer than the other.
4. Use a ruler to measure the length from the wall (or the edge of the paper) to the mark of your longest foot.
5. Add 0.2 to 0.5 cm to measurement to allow for growth/space.
