You can ajust the speed and angle manually but be aware that there is computer error In the treadmill (eg you put in that you want to do some cardio (so the computer should put in some varying angle and have some varying speeds automatically) the belt moves at a constant speed and it doesn't automatically adjust angle, also it flashes on the display "error")
