This is a very specific HIIT (high intensity interval training) machine used by CrossFit type trainers - bidders should know what this is - we are a top supplier of CrossFit cardio- it has no incline or drive motor - it uses the machines curve to excentuate speed (move forward it speeds up on the curve -run-sprint , move back it slows-walking )it has no limit on the top speed you can produce -it does have a magnetic brake for slowing speed down and stopping - hope that helps , cheers raptorfitness (79) • Saturday, 27 April 2024
