UNWANTED GIFT I'm not sure whether or how it works...I've been told it's a bit like a hulahoop. I call it the "ring of shame". If you're over a size 16/L then it most likely won't fit around your waist. (hence why I dont know how it works) lol Might be a fun activity at a hens night or baby shower.
