Winchester Commemorative BOY SCOUT .22 Model 9422 XTR
In mint condition, and supplied in a gun case
This auction is for a beautiful Winchester 9422 XTR Boy Scouts Of America 75th Anniversary model.
This is one of the harder Winchesters to find, and i am led to believe not many were made compared to most other models.
Stunning engraving as shown on both sides of the receiver.
In 1978 the 9422 was upgraded to the XTR model, which featured high gloss bluing and a more highly polished stock and fore end, machine cut checkering was also used
This model has been recognised as one of the finest .22,s ever made
I brought this rifle in absolute mint condition and have never fired it.
