Hello. I believe they are fibreglass. If you zoom in on the yellow one, you can see the unpainted bottom, and a bit of the wearing on the seat. I'm sorry I don't know the rating, as it's not written on the kayak itself, and these are older, however, the teenagers have used them often with no troubles, and they would be up to 65 kg.
