Old Peter Lynn13m foil kite. Open the zip to inflate from wind pressure. Light winds only- recommend 6 to 15 knots max. Not as much depower as the modern leading edge inflateable kites but loves to sit over head. My first proper kite boarding session I had this in the air for 4 hours solid, it really loves to stay high! This kite needs a buddy to launch with.

I've modified the bar connections for modern safety features: I added 2 quick releases to make it a lot safer, pull the snap shackle to release from the chicken loop and a side of the kite will pull away. Pull the safety line snap shackle and it will completely disconnect. The SS snap shackles alone are worth $50. This kite would suit budget learning out on Waikanae beach.
