Makiwara Board - used only a handful of times. I gave up martial arts some years ago, but thinking I would come back to it kept some of my equipment.

I don't have the screws if you wishes to attach it to the wall. I used it without screwing in.

Designed for toughening the elbows, feet, knuckles and various other striking areas. Filled with dense impact resistant foam. Not sure what it is covered with. Some other ads refer as canvas, but it is more like the kicking bag coverings I believe.
