A single-use, self activated cold pack for applying to sprains, bruises and other soft tissue injuries. Ideal for taking on activities where there are no facilities for keeping a reusable cold pack chilled.

To activate firmly squeeze the inner pouch until it ruptures. Shake to mix the contents and the pack will become cold.

A pack of 5 which comes with 5 cold pack sleeves to keep the pack clean and to protect the skin from direct contact with the cold pack.
