Mountain Hardwear made the shell of the pack with a watertight OutDry laminate and seam taped pockets, that’s complimented with 400D HD nylon, making for a pack that’s going to stay dry in any storm and put up with the abuse of whatever trekking environment you can imagine. Packed with features, straps and extra storage options The Scrambler is a top-access pack and the expansive main compartment has a conveniently placed hydration sleeve that enables you to throw a hydration bladder inside it for those longer treks and missions. There’s a rope strap under the top lid as well as gear loops on the side, and dual side pockets that can hold some extra snacks and a water bottle. It also comes with compression straps to help you cinch down your load, and trekking pole carrying loops. Comfortable and ergonomic design Mountain Hardwear gave the Scrambler it’s HardWave suspension system that conforms to the curves of your back for a comfortable fit. The padded shoulder straps, an adjustable sternum strap, and a storable hip belt will let you customize the pack to the perfect fit depending on whether you're hiking, biking, or climbing with it
