Appliance Outlet strives to be the cheapest home appliance retailer in New Zealand. Should you find the same stocked item at a lower price elsewhere we will beat that price provided the item is in stock and available for purchase.
We stock brand new items, box damaged items (new contents) refurbished items and used items.

We are the appointed returns centre for Breville New Zealand including Philips and Kambrook brands. We process all returns which can be faulty, damaged, end of line etc. They are sent to us from around the country, when received stock is assessed anything not repairable or acceptable is disposed of then the balance is put through our workshop for inspection and testing.
Our Qualified technicians will repair/replace parts & perform electrical safety testing and tagging. Upon completion of refurbishment stock is generally repacked into original packaging to be presented in “as new” condition.
All sales carry warranties and are offered at heavily discounted prices.

Warranties
All items generally carry a 12 month return to base warranty unless otherwise specified. Extended warranties (Premium care) are available on most items, simply ask one of our friendly sales staff for details and costs.
Return postage is at the purchasers expense unless the item arrives DOA in which case you must contact us within 7 days and we will organise return of the item at our cost.
