You can buy many of the great Redpath horticultural products for home or commercial use on Trade Me. Purchasing through your Trademe account is convenient and efficient.
Customer Service:
All emails, questions & queries will be answered between Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
It is company policy to try and reply to all emails within 24 hours but in the event that you have not received a response within this time frame then please check your junk box, spam & pop-up filters.
Courier Deliveries:
All Courier Deliveries are generally sent the same or next working day once payment has been sighted and not prior, however delays can occur during our peak times i.e. Christmas.
Deliveries require a signature on arrival & nothing is sent via standard post, No PO Boxes.
Please include your contact phone details with orders – as this makes it easy for the delivery company to make contact with you if there is any difficulty with the delivery.
large or heavy items (e.g buildings or raised gardens etc) are delivered to YOUR BOUNDARY, if you require these to be unloaded and moved to a specific place on your property YOU will need to arrange the labour and equipment. The delivery company does not have the manpower available to do this (unless specifically arranged e.g Hiab unloading at special extra price)
If you will not be home between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday to accept the delivery then please have the goods addressed to your place of work, otherwise you will be expected to chase up the courier.
Payment Instructions:
Payment Instructions are Automatically Sent to all Winning Bidders within a few minutes of auctions closing and we ask that payment is made in full within 48 Hours. Please ensure that you include the exact auction number with payments to avoid confusion!
If for some reason there is a delay in dispatching your goods, Redpath will contact you and provide you with options.
