"LITTLE DRUMMER BEAR" ONE OF A KIND is a wonderful creation by award winning artist Janet Schneck of Schneck Bears. (his total purchase price was $410.00 US dollars.

"LITTLE DRUMMER BEAR" is made from curly matted mohair in a soft gold colour with a milk chocolate backing which shows up on his closely shaved and clipoped muzzle. His paw pads are very realistic, Janet has clipped the heels close and the toes have been tweezed completely hairless, the division between the toe and heel area has longer mohair that is sticking out as it does on real animals. Janet has added claw stitching and air brushed it with a walnut brown to add dimenstion.

"LITTLE DRUMMER BEAR" is 17 1/2'(44.45 cm) and he also has a "growler". The inside of his ears are clipped and air brushed with walnut brown as well as the tips of his ears. So much attention to detail just gorgeous. He has sparkling hazel glass eyes with black upper eyelids highlighted with a dusting of copper, and the lower lids have a touch of gold. He has a brown hand embroidered highly waxed nose that is also highlighted with a shimmer of copper and gold and a deep sculpted mouth. He has hardboard/locknut joints and is filled with polyfil and his rump is filled with glass beads so that he sits well.

"LITTLE DRUMMER BEAR" wears a claret red leather vest and hat accented with red and blue plume feathers made by Janet ( who used to be a seamtress) and on the hat is a Italian glass bead of different colours on the side. He has a strip of leather around his neck with rusty bells. Little Drummer Bear has a wooden drum and he holds wooden drumsticks. I have added the blue and red bows to further enhance this truly collectible beddy bear.
