Hi, My name is "Wendy" and I came into this world in the mid 1950's. I am a NZ made Pedigree walkie-talkie doll, 55cm tall who has been forgotten about and hidden from the world for over 55 years - until last week!. I am still pretty much like new. Medical history: my legs can bend at the knee, my head can move from side to side , like my eyes, as I am walked and I have still got my original,shiny hair and eyelashes. When it's time for sleep, I even close my eyes. My fingers and toes,and shoes, are all in perfect condition and ,really, I am so healthy [in spite of my lengthy confinement] , my cheeks are still rosy pink. My wardrobe consists of a beautiful, handmade dress, undergarments and an extra pair of leather shoes. Unfortunately, I cannot call "Mama" at the moment and might need a minor operation to fix my voice. The plastic join between my shoulder and neck has also come apart slightly . Please,some nice person come and rescue me. I want to have lots of friends!
