This UBTECH Jimu TruckBots Kit comes with everything you need to build 1 of 2 suggested robots which can then be programmed using the free Jimu app on your smartphone or tablet. It is perfect for early learners who are developing their STEM skills and discovering robotics for the first time as it comes with instructions for the initial build then you can choose to program actions via the Pose Record Play system or opt to code more complex sequences using Blockly coding. Plus, the robot is made up of interlocking pieces so you can experiment with your own designs and you don't need any tools or additional parts.

You can access instructions on how to build your robot in the Jimu app and easily follow along with the 3D diagrams.

Once you've assembled your robot, you can program actions using the Pose Record Play system then watch your robot complete them.

For a more advanced way to program your robot's actions, try Blockly coding which allows you to create more complex sequences.

These robots use wheels rather than treads, allowing you to move them smoothly on different surfaces.

This kit also comes with an infrared sensor which will detect objects and avoid them.

The robot uses Bluetooth connectivity so you can wirelessly control your robot.
