Ralph Wiggum is the son of Chief Clancy Wiggum. He is developmentally challenged and says random things. He is often seen in odd scenarios and is the odd man out among the school yard.

His minfigure holds a Valentine card that says "I Choo-Choo-Choose you", which was featured in the episode "I Love Lisa". Lisa Simpson gave him the valentine because she felt sorry for Ralph and this made him develop a crush on her.

Originally, Moe Szyslak was going to be in the Minifigure series, but due to the fact that he is a bartender, he was replaced by Ralph
