As most of you are aware some of the brass kits have wheels while others need to be supplied so that is why there are extra wheels included. The 3 Slaters coal wagons appear to be complete but can't guarantee it. A bargain for someone who enjoys kit building. The plastic kits are very easy to build. The brass kits will take longer but full instructions included. Please ask any questions.
