Solid wood construction- largely in good condition with some damage here and there (see photos). In particular, one timber slat has come loose at the roof apex and there is a picket missing in the front.

Made by the Danish House in Silversale and carpeted inside.

IMPORTANT - Sold as-is-where-is and buyer’s responsibility to collect and transport. Note - this is a heavy item and will require multiple people to carry. Buyer responsible for any damage to the item during transport / removal.

Dimensions approx 2100mm wide, 2800mm long and 1950mm high.

Hi, thanks for your interest, answers below: 1) Yes, to an extent. Looking today, it looks like roof, each wall section and the base can come apart. Currently held together with square-drive wood screws. Hi - there is good access to the front driveway - but the playhouse is on the back lawn and needs to be carried down the side of the house which won’t quite fit a trailer. I think it would make the most sense to dismantle - would be happy to assist with that on-site. montyrao59 (87) • Saturday, 27 April 2024
