Vintage Taycol Star Electric Motor . Made in England . We have had an expert come to look at this and it works great . It has a reverse too ,so would make an excellent horizontal motor for a boat . The pulley on the end of the motor comes off (held on by 2 long screws) and a drive shaft for a propeller wound be easy to fit ( using either some rubber tube or a metal fitting.).It was test run on a 6 volt battery.
