Description
What a sensational display item for the vintage toy collector or cap gun collector
ELEVEN different mostly GERMAN manufactured vintage toy cap guns that display many different 'NAMES' such as "Cracker", "Rudi", "Kuki", "Halo", "Kastor", "Leda", "Sadi",
Others bear "DRGM" D.R.G.M. stands for Deutsches Reichs-Gebrauchsmuster; registered design of the German Reich. Registering a design or pattern this way gave protection of intellectual property, without the cost and complexity of a patent which would be needed to protect ownership of a more technical innovation.
"D.R.P." The D.R.P. signifies "Deutsche Reich Patent", an original and full patent with up to 15 years of protection. These were first issued starting June 1877 and continue today.
The gentleman that I purchased this mounted collection from, advised that they had once been "NOS" (New Old Stock) from a long-ago closed down New Zealand toy shop. I would imagine that shop likely closed down prior to WW2
SIZES = the largest on top right measures 210 mm in length. The smallest at the very bottom is something of a "Saturday Night Special" approx 63 mm long
The listed postage cost will reflect the dimensions of this framed board at approx. 535 mm tall by 43.5 mm wide

Hi ,Can you tell me what they are made of ?,tks a*****3 (673 • 08:25 am, Thu, 28 Mar )Ooops did I not mention that?...clearly NOT 🙁. These have been stamped from magnetic metal so I would say Steel (I have another much older cap gun listed, that is made of Cast Iron). These are from the Pre-Plastic age 🙂 phillipjames (8980 • Thursday, 28 March 2024 )
