The studio unit is a suitable stop for a working professional or holiday break for a mature couple or person no under 25 years please

For an extra charge we can accommodate a total of three people in a one queen, one single bed set up.

For your protection there is 2 x smoke detectors, 2 x fire extinguishers, 1 x fire blanket and a Meth-Minder Alarm

Our private self-contained studio unit of approx 49 square meters is located on the ground floor of the main dwelling it looks over the garden and towards the inner harbor. It is spacious and fully equipped. It has a has one large room (lounge/bedroom/dining combined) with separate kitchen/laundry and separate bathroom.

For your use we have:

Queen size bed + 1 single bed on request, Sofa, dining table and chairs. TV with free-view. Wifi internet

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual items including a microwave, fridge freezer, electric fry pan, toaster, electric jug, and small bench top oven with hot plates, washing machine.

Check in is after 2.00 pm Check out is before 10.00 am
