Bought by my parents in 1987, our family has had many great holidays at Busby Manor over the years. With both our parents now dead, the children have decided to sell the timeshares. For a quick sale we have set a $1 reserve. We are also offering to pay the title transfer fees (approx $500), usually paid by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for paying the annual levy. The levy for 2017 was $700, but as this has already been paid, if you buy this timeshare, you can use this year's school holiday week (check-in: Fri 29 Sept; check-out: Fri 6 Oct) for free. If this week is not suitable, you may be able to exchange it.
