This auction is for the ownership of ONE or TWO floating weeks at Fairway Lodge, Mount Maunganui, Bay of Plenty. To complete the transaction you will also have to pay your portion of the lawyers transaction fees $1200. The 2024 maintenance fees of $1250 per week have been paid. One week has been used for this year leaving one week available to be used. This week is currently booked for the October School holidays but could be changed to suit.

The annual maintenance fee covers the operating costs of the resort – like power, laundry, gardening etc. Each year the maintenance fee is Due mid December.

Check in is on each Saturday for one week. You can book from week 6 (the 6th Saturday of the year) to week 51. You can book 32 weeks in advance. There are other booking rules. Or you can exchange your week for time at more than 4,000 resorts worldwide.
