The timeshare, The Ridge Resort, is located on Gold Field Heights Road, Gold Field Heights Queenstown, New Zealand.

Our family circumstances have changed so we have decided it is time to move it on for another family to benefit from. If you plan holidays in advance it is easy to secure time in the school holidays!

You will be purchasing one week's floating accommodation at The Ridge Resort Queenstown. This is the best Timeshare resort in the Queenstown area. This entitles you to use a three bedroom unit, for one week per year. The unit sleeps up to six people. This is a floating week entitling you to book one week each year (bookings are from Friday to Friday). This will become yours until you choose to sell.

It is an amazing location and makes for a stunning holiday in Queenstown. The views are stunning. The resort is conveniently located between the airport and the Queenstown CBD. Each unit has wifi, spa pool on the deck overlooking the view, BBQ, heating including a wood fire, kitchen, TV x2, washer/dryer (also includes parking). Resort bookings are managed by Classic Holidays. It is easy to secure your booking and there is lots of flexibility. You can book your week in the year, deposit your week to use it in another year, or you can exchange it for a week at another resort in New Zealand or in the worldwide network. The annual maintenance levy is $1600 (Basically this is what it costs you for a week in Queenstown or whatever location you transfer your week to). The maintenance covers refurbishment of units, cleaners, gardeners, and general maintenance work.

There is a legal transfer cost/change of ownership lawyers fee of $1700. We will contribute half of this so will require the purchaser to contribute $850 to this. After paying this the unit would be your asset. The 2024 week has been used.
