			<title>Payment delays over Easter weekend</title>

			<description>Due to the upcoming Easter weekend, there’ll be a delay in processing payments to your Trade Me account made by phone or internet banking.&lt;br /&gt;

If you pay by these methods, payments made after 10:00 pm on Thursday 1 April will not be processed until Wednesday 7 April.&lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;br /&gt;
If you top up by credit or debit card, your payment will be processed instantly.&lt;br /&gt;

			<title>COVID-19 update: Trading at each alert level</title>

			<description>Following the Government’s announcement that we’re moving alert levels, from Monday 15 February there are some things you need to know about trading safely onsite.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The safety of our members is our top priority. All members must follow the &lt;a href="https://covid19.govt.nz/" rel="nofollow" target="_new"&gt; Government’s guidelines&lt;/a&gt;  and our &lt;a href="https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/articles/360041800771-COVID-19-safe-trading-guidelines" rel="nofollow" target="_new"&gt;COVID-19 safe trading guidelines.&lt;/a&gt; Please be patient and kind to your fellow Kiwis.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Trading at alert level 2&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt; Marketplace &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•You can buy and sell items as normal.&lt;br /&gt;
•Trades should be contactless where possible.&lt;br /&gt;
•We recommend using contactless payment options like Ping, bank transfer or Afterpay.&lt;br /&gt;
•We also recommend using our ’Book a courier’ service for contactless delivery.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt; Motors &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•You can buy and sell vehicles as normal.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt; Property &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•Open homes, rental viewings and auctions of less than 100 people can take place.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Trading changes for alert level 3&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•Trades must be contactless.&lt;br /&gt;
•Payment must be made via Ping, bank transfer or Afterpay only – cash is not permitted.&lt;br /&gt;
•We recommend using our ‘Book a courier’ service to send items. If your item cannot be sent via courier, you must follow our &lt;a href="https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/articles/360041800771-COVID-19-safe-trading-guidelines" rel="nofollow" target="_new"&gt;COVID-19 safe trading guidelines&lt;/a&gt; and maintain a 2-metre distance from the buyer/seller at all times.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Property &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•Real estate agents and valuers can enter a vendor’s home to complete an appraisal.&lt;br /&gt;
•Open homes are not allowed, however, 3D tours and video viewings are now available on Trade Me Property listings.&lt;br /&gt;
•You can arrange a private viewing. Please talk to the agent or landlord to arrange an appointment and make sure you’re following the &lt;a href="https://covid19.govt.nz/" rel="nofollow" target="_new"&gt; Government’s guidance.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

			<title>Price change for Trade Me Jobs</title>

			<description>We’ve made some changes to our casual job listing types.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
We want to make it easier to list job vacancies onsite which is why we have simplified our casual job listing process.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
From 20 January 2021, we're launching three new listing types. The new listing types are Featured - $299 + GST ($343.85 incl. GST), Standard - $199 + GST ($228.85 incl. GST) and Basic - $99 + GST ($113.85 incl. GST). To learn more about each listing type and its benefits, please visit our &lt;b&gt;&lt;a href="https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/articles/360032011912-Jobs-fees" rel="nofollow" target="_new"&gt; pricing page.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/b&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;

			<title>Book a courier – Aramex rates adjustment</title>

			<description>Aramex have let us know they'll be adjusting their rates for packages booked through our 'Book a courier' service. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The rate change will be effective from 1 February for all new bookings, but you'll start to notice the calculator prices will change next week to make sure estimated prices are still correct once the change comes in. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The rate adjustments will mean an increase for some bookings and decrease for others. Post bags won’t see an increase of more than $0.41, while boxes won’t have an increase of more than $1.60.</description>

			<title>Job Profiles- a small change to our privacy policy</title>

			<description>From 18 December, we’re making a small change to our privacy policy.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If you're opted out under our privacy option, your Job Profile can be seen by trusted recruiters &lt;b&gt;if you want it to be&lt;/b&gt;, by choosing to have a viewable or limited profile.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
We don’t want our members on the job-hunt to have to opt-in to everything covered by our privacy option just to make their Job Profile visible to trusted recruiters. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Having a Job Profile is optional and members can still switch their profile to viewable, limited, hidden, or they can deactivate it at any time.&lt;br /&gt;

			<title>Small changes to Afterpay</title>

• Afterpay can now be added as a payment option on listings up to $2,000 in value, shipping included.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
• From Monday 23 November, we’re also slightly adjusting the way we process payments from a seller’s ‘Pay Now &amp;amp; Afterpay’ account balance to their bank accounts. Previously these were processed in the morning, but from next week these will be transferred to members in the afternoon.</description>

Unfortunately we're having some issues with Motorweb which means members are currently unable to create a Background Check or use our car valuation tool.&lt;br /&gt;
