Refusing / Cancelling Orders Buyer Conditions of return If you have an item you wish to return please contact us first. Affordable Partsworld will advise if the item complies with our returns policy, this decision is at the sole discretion of Affordable PartsWorld.  Goods must be returned in the condition they were supplied with a copy of the invoice.    If the product is not faulty and you have “changed your mind”, you are responsible for all freight costs incurred to return the product to Affordable PartsWorld and the freight costs for sending the product to you. A 20% handling fee may also be applied.   Specially procured or indented products will not be accepted for credit.   Assessing your return If at Affordable PartsWorld’s sole discretion any returned products have been damaged, marked, tampered with, then Affordable PartsWorld reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the Goods for return.   If your product is faulty, we may need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This may include sending the product to a repair agent. We will notify you of the outcome once the assessment has been completed.   Seller In the unlikely event that the goods or services ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order. While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on this site or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order. Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted.   3. Payment Payment will be accepted via ping, afterpay, cash, debit card, credit card and bank transfer.   If a refund is due Affordable PartsWorld will refund to your original payment method where possible or, if you prefer, we can issue you a store credit.  Refunds will be for the sum equal to the cost of the product excluding handling and any delivery or returns costs.   4. Pricing All prices listed on our listings are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on our listings at any time for any reason.   5. Delivery At this time, we deliver to New Zealand addresses. Special requests for overseas deliveries can be made.  Deliveries will be made in accordance with your instructions, this includes “permission to leave” details. Most orders will be processed within two days of receipt, this could be longer for larger items and items that require removal.  Delivery should be two to four days after the item is sent. Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer to arrive. If you do not receive your parcel in the expected timeframe, please contact us.   6. Disclaimer/Liability Affordable PartsWorld provides our listings are on an “as is” basis. As noted in section 1 “Website Content” Affordable Partsworld does not accept any liability for any errors or omissions. If your use of our listings is subject to the New Zealand Fair Trading Act 1986 ("FTA") and/or Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 ("CGA"), you may have rights or remedies which are not excluded or limited by our policy.
