Do you know who made it and can you give me a link to there site or z contact unless you have all the specs there? Such as R values etc for insulation walls and ceiling and if timber studs? Cavity batten under exterior wall cladding? Would like to view. It's a bit hard to see what's going on in the photo's. Three of the roof edges are flashed with the rhs having a facing board for a gutter if desired. I have contacted the builder to provide a bit more detail on construction. Good general roofing practice was exercised & corrugated foam inserts have been installed to prevent rain blowing in under the barge flashings. Current replacement cost would be around $17,000.
