Public Obstacle Course Event

The Public part of the MULE Obstacle course is available to lease with an option to purchase. This purpose built course is set in one of the most scenic locations 20 mins outside the heart of Queenstown. Having successfully operated the Public events for 5 years from 2014, the core business has developed and as such this fantastic event is available for someone else to develop and grow.

With all the infrastructure in place, the systems, re-designed course, custom 5m course marker teardrop flags, the event takes 1 day to set up. And is extremely easy to manage and run on the day.

The partner / buyer would benefit from being driven, passionate about sharing a great challenge, have a real hands on understanding of how to market such an event. With minimal event costs, the outcome is based largely on the marketing ability in the lead up.

Current owner will be available to assist, and the set up of the lease is negotiable. With a long term agreement on the land use and the ownership of the obstacles under the larger Mule Company. The risk is reduced, allowing you to confidently move forward.

With an annual lease fee of $7500+gst (3 year term preferred but negotiable), this is a great opportunity for a driven individual or team to enjoy owning a popular and unique event.

In addition there is a complete moveable obstacle course that covered 16 kilometers in the North Island, this is available for purchase or hire to grow the reach of these events. We ran 2 Auckland events and 1 Tauranga event, and have very useful outcomes for the new managers / owners going forward.
