Self Service Laundromat Mount Roskill

We have owned this, now, very cute and funky laundromat for over 12 months.

When we purchased it, it was in much need of some love & bringing back to life.

Its had new flooring, painting, a whole new vibe, new vanity & kitchenette out the back for a cleaner/owner, branding (instagram page, brand identity inc colours etc) we've fitted tangerpay and other bits and pieces.

We have moved out of NZ so we haven't been putting any more love into it & we'd really like to see it carry on its journey.

We do have a great cleaner who loves being there if the new owner would like her to stay on, she is loved by the customers & is an awesome person.

There is a total of 11 washers & 14 dryers.

Tangerpay has been fitted to all but 4 machines (those 4 machines are washers)
Cash is still useable on all washing machines at the moment.
Only 4 dryers can be used with cash but all dryers can be used with tangerpay.

The place was all cash when we bought it and we switched to Tangerpay with some cash. All machines are able to be used with both cash and eftpos with a little tweek if the new owner decided.

- Currently unbranded (no name), add your flare!
- Install tables for folding (there is a lot of space for this) & offer serviced option. Pick up & delivery option.
- There is plenty of space for multiple vending machines. These could be owned by you (more profit) or these could be owned by another company and looked after by them while you are paid a percentage. Easy. Vending machines could be food & beverage, washing powder and/or toy.
- Install lolly vending machine. Fun & funky like the laundromat.
- Loyalty progams can be created with Tangerpay!
- Marketing! This is something I had planned to do.. to create a super fun space for tourists
