We have 4 Master franchises in different services for sale in Invercargill.

They are:

1. Lawn mowing and Gardening, this comes with one sub franchisee pay weekly royalties.

2. Commercial Cleaning

3. Home Cleaning

4. Handyman Service

These are all new businesses.

When you own a Master franchise you do work in that service and when you have too many clients you sell off a franchise from which you get the upfront sale price and the ongoing weekly fee from that franchise.

Mr Green is very big in Gore, Dunedin, Te Anau, Central Otago, and Timaru. So now we are rolling out our franchises in Invercargill.

We have 26 Master franchisors and around 180 local franchisees throughout the country. We are 100% NZ owned and operated company and have been operating for 30 years. Each Master franchise is $25,000. Apart from the Lawn mowing and gardening Master which is 50,000 as it comes with a well established franchisee.

We expect the Master franchisor to earn at least $90,000 in the first year of operation.
