clothing alteration business for sale

Due to unforeseen circumstances {collapsed sale} I am sadly re-listing my business again.

I have been running my business for 35 years and now is the time for me to hang up my scissors and hopefully pass this very successful business on to someone else to enjoy as much as I have.

There is a staff of 3 part time ladies plus myself and we all work as a well oiled team. There certainly is a lot of scope for an energetic person to put their own mark on this business and potential to grow if you desired.

The business is on the main road where all the shops are and we also do contracts as well. School uniforms, school balls, and of course all types of alterations. We take on dressmaking as we have a lady that is willing to take that on, so we do cover most fields.

2 large changing rooms, reception desk, lots of storage cabinets and racks for hanging.

I have an abundance of cottons, zips, tapes, elastic, everything you need. The shop has a new kitchen/bathroom along with a new fridge, pantry, jug, toaster etc.
