Automotive Dismantling

We are moving on our Dismantling department section of the business.
Automotive dismantling specializing in Ford used parts, Rangers, Couriers, Transits, Australian Ford models.
The reason for getting out of the dismantling business is that we have lost the lease on our outside yard and also have one member retiring, this leaves one man to carry on this department in a very reduced space.
We have been in the dismantling business for 20 years and every 5 or so years have had major clean outs to keep discarding irrelevant cars and parts, this only leaves good clean & tested parts in stock.
There is a large amount of shelving, interior & galvanized exterior shelving.
Comes with all stock, car and commercial, Mitsubishi FD40 6T forklift with 4T lifting capacity and long extension forks, tandem transport trailer, 2 year old Summit clear floor 2 post hoist.
Asking price for all of this is well below asset valuation.
Needs to be relocated from current location soon.
