I TURNED 81 THIS YEAR.

I'm retiring and the Fly by Wire ride ride operation at Paekakariki, near Wellington is for sale. The sale includes the right to build further rides in New Zealand and Australia with an Australian investor waiting.

In 2019 we completely rebuilt the ride at a cost of $320,000, (a flood had destroyed it in 2003) but within a few months Covid had shut down tourism in NZ. Now the visitors are flooding back but I must sell or I'll provide an easy entry to LEASE the ride to the right person. Call Neil on 027 499 1212

The basic annual fixed cost to run the ride is around $22,000 and that includes engineering certification, insurance and rent.

The capacity is six pilots per hour, if you fly 15 people in a day the revenue is $2250.00 FBW is operated by a single person and uses one litre of petrol per flight.

As the ride inventor, l understand all aspects of the ride system. Also,our engineering professionals are on hand with Fly by Wire certifying experience. With the 60m tower system, Fly by Wire can be installed in the airspace anywhere, over parking lots etc.

I have a tower company owner in Australia who will build and fund the first Australian Fly by Wire Ride. But YOU will be the person to find the site and do the regulatory paperwork.
