Here we have an international tractor I have picked up , bump started and runs and drives. Nice. brakes work extremely well. Was told it’s been bumped started for years. Have not looked into why it will not go off the starter would advise Service and drain the diesel tank every thing apart from the starter motor seems to work as it should was used to make hey feel free to ask any questions, but my knowledge with tractors is minimal
