Cool Store for removal Approximate measurements 23 m long 9 m wide 4.7 m high at the gutter Approximately 40 years old , this hasn't been used as a cool store for about 20 years but has been for storage The panels are generally in good order for it's age with minor dings etc It is for the cool store only with the evaporators , plumbing etc , NOT the external structure I'm told that it is relatively easy to dismantle and that the panels are light and 2 people should have no problem handling them The compressor etc is not included Location - Te Puke Suitable arrangment for the removal process must be organised to the owners satisfaction
