An update on email notifications for Favourites

We’re in the process of migrating our Favourites emails to a new system. This change will solve the issues where some users weren’t always receiving the email notifications for their recently saved Favourites.

As part of this migration, emails will only continue to be sent for Favourites where you’ve received an email or engaged with the search within the last year. Any historic Favourites will remain in your account so you can turn on email notifications for these in our new system if you would like to restart these.

If you’re not getting emails that you want, or are receiving emails you don’t want, you can update your saved searches and category preferences from My Trade Me.
