How should I prepare for an Interview at Trade Me?

A great way to prepare is to have a good read of the job description, which we will share with you beforehand. Bring some questions that you want to ask the panel on the day, these can be about the role or Trade Me as a company. If it’s helpful for you to bring notes to the interview then do that too. We’re a values-led organisation so we think it’s important to know what our values are and to keep these in mind during the recruitment process. Above all, try to relax and be yourself.
