Tradevine price changes and removal of our Gold Trade Rebate
As we announced on 26 April, these changes came into effect on 1 June.

From 1 June, the monthly subscription fee for Tradevine is as follows:
- Tradevine Lite - $59
- Tradevine Professional - $129
- Tradevine Enterprise - $219
Tradevine prices haven’t changed since 2019 while the costs of maintaining and supporting the platform have increased significantly during that time. This pricing came into effect for renewals, existing or new subscriptions, or plan upgrades/downgrades on or after 1 June 2023. The price of any add-ons remains unchanged.
Removal of the Gold Trade Rebate
The original intent of the Gold Trade Rebate was to encourage sellers to offer free shipping and add shipping information. However, it wasn't widely adopted with the shipping price usually being added to the item price.
We have recently introduced shipping templates and now offer full transparency to customers on prices and shipping costs. Free shipping will still be available as an option for sellers to offer along with the ‘Free shipping’ flag, however, it will no longer be incentivised by Trade Me.
This change also came into effect from 1 June 2023.
