A lodge where star DJ Netsky stayed is up for sale for $5 million.
The four-bedroom property, which sits on 2407 square metres of land, was listed by Sotheby’s International Realty on Wednesday.
Maison Blanc Lodge in Titirangi, west Auckland, had a reputation for hosting A-list DJs.
Owner Neil Whitehouse, whose grandparents bought the lodge in 1942, told OneRoof clients were mostly “big offshore businesspeople”.
“We have had lots of famous guests. We have had top-end DJs like Netsky and Cyril,” he said. “They tour around New Zealand on a holiday, and our destination is always chosen.”

Buyers also have the chance to pick up a neighbouring property, Sotheby’s International Realty said.
This would expand the estate to over 4000 square metres and improve the “scale and exclusivity” of the lodge.
The five-star rated lodge appears on high-end rental sites including Luxury Escapes for $981 per night, and direct from the Maison Blanc Lodge for $1127 per night.
Sotheby’s International Realty described the property as a mix of architectural excellence and natural splendour.
“Built from enduring Central Otago blueschist, the property carries a timeless strength and elegance,” it said.
“Abundant all-day sun and native bush surroundings cultivate a serene atmosphere perfect for yoga, meditation, and holistic living.”
Netsky, the drum and bass producer and musician whose real name is Boris Daenen, performed in Auckland earlier this month.
He was known for his hits Let Me Hold You, Rio and Barricades.
