Every seller of a gas appliance, new or second hand must comply with Gas (Safety and Measurement) Regulations 2010.

What are the requirements?

  • Ensure that the product is safe and meets Gas (Safety and Measurement) Regulations 2010.
  • Have an SDoC – in most cases.
  • Have a Safety Compliance Label.
  • Ensure the appliance is functioning safely before offering for sale.
