Description
A quality piece. Real alligator or not, we aren't sure. The general construction is quality, the catch is smooth, the inside is in lovely condition and there is a tiny matching change purse. The catch is faux tortoise shell, probably plastic. The zippers are metal. The inside is probably leather. The moving parts are probably solid brass. In generally good condition though brass could use a polish and handle a bit worn in places, see photo.
We guess 50s from the design, but could be earlier in the century. No label.
