10:40am: Technical problems this morning
We experienced some technical problems this morning which affected Trade Me’s availability between 10:00am and 10:40am. All auctions due to close between 10:00am and 11:30am were extended by 90 minutes.

3:20pm: Technical problems this afternoon
We experienced some technical problems this afternoon which affected Trade Me’s availability between 3:03pm and 3:09pm. All auctions due to close between 3:03pm and 4:00pm were extended by 1 hour.

9:00pm: Credit card problem resolved
The previous issue with making payments via Credit Card has now been resolved.
We apologise to those members affected.
8:15pm: Credit card payments problem
Our payment providers are experiencing technical difficulties which are causing some credit card transactions to fail. We are currently working with them to resolve this issue.

Scheduled maintenance
Trade Me will be unavailable on Saturday 28 February between 2am and 5am for scheduled maintenance and upgrades. All auctions that are due to close between 2am and 6am will be extended by four hours. Saved search emails and category subscriptions will also be delayed.
