Improved customer support

We have improved our troubleshooting process, making it easier to find relevant help pages and get in touch with our customer support team when you need further assistance.

When you receive an email response from us, you can now reply directly to the customer support representative who sent you the email.

7:10pm: Photos problem resolved

The previous issue where some photos were not being displayed correctly has now been resolved. Any photos that you have uploaded will be visible on your auction and within My Photos.

We apologise to those members affected.

4:20pm: Problems with photos

Fee change to Music DVDs
