Changes to auction details

We have made some improvements to the pages showing auction details, including:

  • A number of page layout improvements.
  • Quicker loading times.
  • The ability to view auctions that are older than 60 days.

    • Problems with photo uploads

    We experienced a problem this evening with photo uploads. The problem has now been resolved and was due to one of our servers running out of space. Sorry for any inconvenience.

    Site Outage

    Our Internet Service Provider experienced an outage this morning from 10:28am till about 11:30. Unfortunately this event was beyond our control.

    We have extended all auctions from about 10:45am. The auctions that closed between 10:28am till about 10:45am will close as normal. End of auction emails will be sent soon.

    We apologise for the inconvenience.

    Terms and Conditions change

    We have altered our terms and conditions in section 5.2. This is a change in policy on forfeiture of account, which has been changed from 6 months to 24 months.
