Category changes for Trade Me Jobs
Today we made some improvements to categories on Trade Me Jobs.
What are the changes?
• 'Construction & architecture' has been renamed to 'Construction & roading'.
• A new sub-category called 'Traffic management' was added under 'Construction & roading'.
• 'Architecture', which was previously a sub-category under 'Construction & architecture', is now its own category.
• 'Architecture' now has four sub-categories: 'Architects', 'Drafting', 'Interior design', and 'Other'. More...

On 1 February we're making some changes to the pricing when you list and sell general items on Trade Me.
We’re simplifying our pricing and making it easier to create high-quality listings so we can help you sell more items.
Note that there are no fee changes for listings in Motors, Property and Jobs. More...
‘Pets OK’ filter on rental listings
If you have pets and are looking for a rental property, house hunting just got a little easier. You can now filter your search results to only show properties that are OK with having pets, at the discretion of the landlord. Simply select the tick box next to 'Pets OK' when adding your search criteria from the 'To Rent' sidebar.
Pay Now enhancement
We have good news for sellers who are registered for Pay Now and for buyers who love to pay using Pay Now. We have increased the transaction limit from $3,000 to $8,000. You don’t need to do a thing.
Remember Pay Now allows you to pay instantly for Trade Me purchases with your credit or debit card, with all the details on one screen. It’s fast, easy and secure.
Sold prices – new on Trade Me Property’s iOS app
Users of our Trade Me Property iOS app can now find out the most recent sold price of many residential property addresses in Auckland, Wellington City and Christchurch – for free!
