One large room and one small room are available for $225 pw and $195 pw rent for short terms respectively and $200 pw and $170 pw for long term (6 months or more). Close to the casino, the Warehouse and the Countdown. Short-term renting is welcome. Must be house-trained, mature and responsible. Rooms are fully furnished. The rent includes power and heating bills as well as the Internet for unlimited access to fibre-optic broadband WiFi. We are a couple who are culturally inclusive. Hence, like-minded people are most welcome. No pets or smokers.
